Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lube Technician to perform vehicle maintenance services including fluid changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, and general upkeep according to company standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, professional appearance, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Job Details

  • Salary: $15 to $18 per hour
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Location: Triadelphia, WV 26059

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine vehicle services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements
  • Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and complete standard maintenance tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service
  • Complete required documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Support shop operations by stocking inventory and maintaining a safe, organized workspace
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures
  • Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs as required
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the service department

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects
  • Dependable and professional work ethic
  • Safety-conscious with strong customer service skills
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Prior automotive experience or training is a plus but not required
