Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and personable Business Development Representative to join our sales team. This position plays a key role in managing incoming sales and service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and delivering excellent customer service. You will collaborate closely with the sales and service departments to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle inbound sales and service inquiries via phone and internet.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales and service appointments.
  • Coordinate customer questions and concerns with appropriate departments.
  • Track sold vehicles and update hot sheets.
  • Confirm special order parts with relevant departments.
  • Assist with follow-up on phone and internet sales leads.
  • Manage paperwork, records, and documentation accurately.
  • Provide administrative support to sales and service teams as needed.

Work Hours

This is a full-time position. Specific work hours will be communicated during the hiring process.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Preferred experience in administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Professional and friendly attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with computers and internet applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is beneficial but not required.
  • Dependable with a strong professional work ethic.
