Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Business Development Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while managing sales and service inquiries. You will collaborate closely with sales and management teams to meet customer needs and help drive sales by handling communication and appointment scheduling efficiently.

Job Details

  • Salary: $14 to $17 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming sales and service appointment inquiries via phone and internet.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments, including missed appointments.
  • Coordinate customer questions and concerns with appropriate departments.
  • Track sold vehicles and hot sheets to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Confirm special order parts and assist with administrative tasks related to them.
  • Support sales lead follow-up to maximize opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and records and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Provide administrative assistance to sales and service teams as needed.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Friendly and approachable with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and dependable work ethic.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using computers, internet software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is advantageous.
